Last updated: April 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of Wonderbin.art("we", "us"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Wonderbin.art offers an online collection of illustrated stories for children. We may change, add, or remove content and features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. Who may use the service
The service is intended for use by parents and legal guardians. If you allow a child to read with you, you are responsible for supervising their use and for deciding whether the content is appropriate.
3. Accounts
You may need an account (for example, via Google sign-in) to purchase content or use certain features. You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Purchases, prices, and taxes
Prices for one-time unlocks and subscriptions are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) before you pay. We use third-party payment processing (including Stripe). You authorise us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method. Taxes may apply based on your location and will be shown at checkout where required.
5. License to content
When you access a story lawfully, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to view that content for your private, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or publicly perform the content.
6. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically for the plan you select until you cancel. You can cancel as described in the app. See also Refund policy.
7. Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to:
- Break security, access non-public areas, or overload our systems
- Reverse engineer or copy the service except as allowed by law
- Use the service in violation of law or third-party rights
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is generally limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where law requires otherwise.
10. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the service. Essential cookies (for example, session cookies when you sign in with your account) are needed for security and basic functionality. Where you accept optional analytics in the cookie banner, we may use cookies to measure traffic and improve the product (for example, Google Analytics). You can change your choice for optional analytics by clearing site data for this domain in your browser and visiting again; essential cookies may return when you use sign-in features.
11. Contact
See Contact for support. For legal notices, use the support email on that page unless we publish a different address.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where a stricter notice is required by law.
